Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule please call or text at least 24 hours in advance. Less than 24 hours notice may result in a 50% charge of the reserved service amount.
How do I book an appointment?
Online booking is available 24/7. If you are a new client you first need to fill out the New Client Form. Once you have done that I will make your first appointment. Future appointments can then either be prebooked or done by you online.
Redo's
I strive to make sure that every guest is completly satisfied when they leave the salon.But sometimes there may be some refinement that needs to happen after the visit. If you are having challenges with you haircut or color please let me know within 7 days of your initial visit. I will be happy to correct it within 14 days at no additional charge.
